Under the continued leadership of Co-founder & CEO Nicolas Brusson, this new Executive Committee reflects BlaBlaCar’s strategic priorities: accelerating growth in India and Brazil, expanding its multimodal offer, and deepening operational capabilities to support its expanding global footprint.
Nicolas Salvy, Chief Technology Officer
After a decade working at BNP Paribas in several senior management roles, Nicolas joined BlaBlaCar in 2020 to lead the migration from on-premise infrastructure to cloud, and chair the technical architecture committee. Expending his scope, Nicolas contributed to the Bus Marketplace expansion in Brazil before evolving to the CTO role. As part of his new responsibilities, Nicolas will oversee all technology teams, focusing on platform scalability, data infrastructure, and Al-driven product innovation to support our multimodal vision.
Benjamin Retourné, Chief Product Officer
Benjamin has been key to BlaBlaCar’s product development for the past 11 years. Having led major launches—including expanding into India, Turkey, Mexico, and Brazil, the core carpool redesign, the initial integration of bus service and the product side of various M&A such as Ouibus or Busfor—he is now appointed CPO. In this role, Benjamin will oversee product strategy for carpool, bus, and train offerings across all geographies, ensuring seamless user experiences and continuous innovation.
Judith Lavedrine, General Counsel
Judith has been a core legal leader at BlaBlaCar for over 9 years. After joining as International Commercial Counsel and later serving as VP Legal, she is now appointed General Counsel. Over the years, she has built and led a global legal team, steered major M&A operations, overseen compliance with key EU regulations, including GDPR or the DSA, and led several key legal litigations in various regions of the globe. A member of the Paris Bar with a law degree and an MBA from ESSEC, Judith brings deep expertise at the intersection of tech, law, and business. In her new role, she will lead BlaBlaCar’s global legal, compliance, and government relations strategy to support the company’s continued growth and innovation.
Adrien Tahon, Senior Vice President Business
Adrien graduated from HEC Paris in 2013 and joined BlaBlaCar in January 2014 as a Data & Business Analyst. He then moved into marketing and growth leadership roles, before taking on broader business development responsibilities. In 2019, he was appointed VP Business Development, leading the launch of BlaBlaCar Daily, the commuting carpooling solution then led the strategic merger with Klaxit, doubling local authorities partnerships and driving trips to over 7 million in 2024. He was also in charge of the integration of long-distance train offers. Most recently, Adrien expanded regional operations. In his new role as SVP Business, he will oversee global market operations—accelerating expansion in LATAM, CEE, and India, and strengthening partnerships to support sustainable growth.
Tatiana Mattos, Vice President of Brazil
Tatiana joined BlaBlaCar over four years ago as Head of Marketing Brazil and steadily expanded her scope to lead all local operations. As Brazil’s scale and strategic importance grew, so did her role, culminating in her appointment as VP Brazil Marketplace. With 15+ years in marketing, strategy, and business development, having worked in retail, tourism and big techs, such as IBM, and participated in scaling businesses, such as Uber, she now oversees a pivotal year for the region, driving the sale of 5 million bus tickets and launching monetization of carpool activity.
Amaëlle Richaud, Senior Vice President People
Amaëlle brings over a decade of global HR and talent leadership to BlaBlaCar. After early roles in recruiting and consulting across Europe, India, and the U.S., she joined Uber’s People team in San Francisco, scaling their organization from 2,000 to 20,000 employees. She then held senior HR roles at Kpler—supporting rapid global expansion and a remote-first transition—and advised Cardiologs through its post-acquisition integration with Philips. As SVP People, Amaëlle now leads BlaBlaCar’s global People function, driving talent, operations and culture across multiple regions to support the rapid international expansion.
Ludovic Boisseau, Chief Financial Officer
Ludovic joined BlaBlaCar in October 2024 as Chief Financial Officer, bringing over 20 years of experience in finance and executive leadership. He has a proven track record in driving financial discipline, streamlining operations, and supporting growth through strategic transformations. At BlaBlaCar, Ludovic leads efforts to optimize cost efficiency and strengthen the company’s financial and organizational structure, helping to ensure sustainable execution and long-term value creation.
Emmanuel Turounet, Vice President Customer Relations
Emmanuel joined BlaBlaCar in 2022 and brings over 25 years of experience in leading large-scale customer operations and transformation programs. Before joining BlaBlaCar, he held senior roles managing teams of up to 4,000 people and budgets exceeding €200 million in the telecom and media sectors. At BlaBlaCar, Emmanuel has led major initiatives to optimize customer experience, drive operational excellence, and implement innovative solutions leveraging AI and data analytics. In his role as VP Customer Relations, he oversees global customer operations, focusing on improving service quality, cost efficiency, and scaling transformation projects to support BlaBlaCar’s growth and diversification.
Pierre-Antoine Vertray, Vice President Strategy, M&A and Performance Management
Graduated from HEC Paris, Pierre-Antoine is leading corporate strategy, corporate development, and business analytics at BlaBlaCar, with a focus on long-term value creation and capital efficiency. Since joining in 2020, he has overseen key milestones including the acquisitions of Klaxit (France) and Obilet (Turkey), a €100M credit facility, and a €50M equity raise. He also played a central role in the company’s performance steering and investor communications, and served as interim Chief of Staff to the CEO. With 15 years of experience in strategy, corporate development, financing analyses, and data analytics—including prior roles at Booking.com, Philips, and Accuracy—Pierre-Antoine brings deep expertise in scaling technology businesses and aligning operational execution with shareholder objectives.
